New Residential Retreat, Barn and Chapel Design

SAMES was contracted to provide architectural design services for a private residence.  Design scope of work consisted of Detailed 3D Models of Interior, Exterior and Landscape Designs.  SAMES provided surveying services and civil engineering services that included design and preparation of site plans for the building / foundation pads, roads and parking areas, a man-made lake, civil utility infrastructure & site drainage, and fence along main road leading to the property.  Architectural services included design of main house with pool and outside patio area, barn, and chapel.  SAMES obtained a geotechnical report to test the soil onsite for possible re-use and also coordinated the preparation of mechanical, electrical and plumbing design.
