SAMES is a Texas-based minority owned small business established in 2008 by Samuel D. and Saul D. Maldonado, two brothers with a vision for global expansion. The firm’s objective is to provide long-term solutions through every phase of a project while creating lasting, durable infrastructure that will enhance the quality of living for our communities.

SAMES provides client focused quality Construction, Engineering and Surveying services to private, commercial and government clients. We offer design services encompassing CORE engineering disciplines, a wide range of property and land surveying services utilizing state of the art equipment and technology, and general construction services built on a foundation of safety and compliance.

SAMES is an established DOE contractor and has an active GSA Federal Supply Schedule contract. We are a certified Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE), a State of Texas Historically Underutilized Business (HUB) and are certified by the U.S. Small Business Administration as an 8(a) and HUBZone firm. With over 100 employees operating from 4 separate locations SAMES is ready to help our clients reach their project goals and aid in the completion of mission objectives.
