SAMES has provided general construction services to a variety of federal clients including the U.S. Department of Transportation, U.S. Department of Agriculture, U.S. Department of the Interior, U.S. Department of Homeland Security, U.S. Department of Commerce, U.S. Department of Defense, and U.S. Department of Energy.

SAMES has been working with local and state governments since the firm was established in 2008. Our experience working with local and state governments in the design and construction management of local, state and federally funded projects provided us with key construction principles such as budget and schedule compliance. These principles, together with quality and safety, later formed the foundation for our construction department.

SAMES commercial construction experience includes industrial warehouses, commercial buildings, public improvements, and installation of fire sprinkler systems. Public improvements consist of waterlines, sewer lines, roadways, and parking lots that have been constructed for new subdivisions or private developers.

SAMES was initially founded by 2 civil engineers to provide professional services that would have a lasting impact in the communities around us. Many of the projects initially awarded to SAMES involved design and management of heavy civil construction projects. Eventually SAMES graduated past design and management and started providing construction services for these projects.
