SAMES land development services encompass various disciplines including surveying and civil engineering design. Land development services are provided to private, commercial and government clients who need assistance in developing or subdividing raw property prior to beginning construction improvements.
SAMES offers land development services that include (but are not limited to):
- Preparation of Subdivision Plats including Pre-Application Submittal and Preliminary Plat Approval
- Land Surveying Services
- Design, Preparation & Submittal of Utility and Drainage Layout Plans for Approval
- Preparation and Submittal of Drainage Reports, Annexation Documents, Rezoning and Variance Applications
- Final Plat Approval and Preparation of Mylar for Recording
- Coordination with Utility Owners and Public Entities throughout the Approval Process
