SAMES completed approximately 900 surveys in 2021. Over two thirds of those surveys completed were private, residential or commercial surveys. SAMES provides Mortgage, Boundary and ALTA surveys to banks, brokers, mortgage firms, title companies, commercial developers and private clients for their residential or commercial properties.

Mortgage and boundary surveys are performed in accordance with the latest TSPS manual of practice which is comprised of standards for land surveys approved by the TSPS Board of Directors. ALTA surveys are performed in accordance with the latest Minimum Standard Detail Requirements for ALTA/NSPS Land Title Surveys. ALTA/NSPS Standards are developed and adopted by the American Land Title Association (ALTA) and the National Society of Professional Surveyors (NSPS).

SAMES has been accurate and timely for our commercial project in the RGV. Grading accuracy was very important for this project and SAMES came through for us.
