SAMES has been working with local and state governments since the firm was established in 2008. Our experience working with local and state governments in the design and construction management of local, state and federally funded projects provided us with key construction principles such as budget and schedule compliance. These principles, together with quality and safety, later formed the foundation for our construction department.

Since 2014, SAMES has provided construction services for state agencies such as the Texas Parks and Wildlife Department, Texas Health and Human Services Commission, Texas Commission on Environmental Quality, and Texas Department of Public Safety. Our local government clients include local cities and school districts. SAMES understands that state and local governments obtain most of their funding through taxes paid by the community and, as such, we are committed to the highest standards in protecting the interests of the public as we help our clients improve the standard of living for our communities.
