This project included design and construction of a 100,000 SF building consisting of Administrative Office, Shipping & Receiving Office, and Cold-Storage warehouse located on Veteran’s & Hi-Line Roads in Pharr, Texas.
SAMES provided land surveying services and a comprehensive environmental and site assessment at the start of the project. As the Architect & Engineer of Record SAMES was responsible for architectural building design, civil engineering, structural engineering, mechanical, electrical and plumbing engineering and construction management services.
