The Construction Superintendent shall be responsible for managing all aspects of the construction site. They will work closely with the subcontractors, architect, owner, local government, and communicate directly with the Project Manager.
Responsibilities will include pre-construction planning, review and understanding of contract documents, scheduling and coordinating of subcontractors and materials, site safety, quality control, cost control, verifying layout and surveying, scheduling inspections, and completing all necessary jobsite documentation (daily reports, safety inspections, progress schedules, as-built drawings, progress photos, etc.).
The correct candidate for this position must be able to pass a pre-employment screening and vetting process. Minimum Qualifications are:
- Five (5) year experience in construction management.
- OSHA 30 certification required.
