The Administrative Clerk will handle the daily tasks necessary to support the surveying and engineering service deliverables in close collaboration with the Department Survey Coordinator, Project Coordinator, Public Relations Manager, and Staff Account. To guarantee that protocols are followed, and customer expectations are met, the administrative clerk will need to be able to multitask successfully. To make sure that deadlines are reached, and that all information is stored in well-organized corporate files, the administrative clerk will put deliverable packages together and monitor deliverable status. Occasionally, you might have to deliver packages.
